In today’s post, we’d like to look closely at the benefits of an Amana heat pump.

Energy efficiency. It’s important that your new air conditioner not only be powerful to keep your home comfortable, but also energy efficient. Efficiency is the ratio between electrical energy input and cooling output, and a heat pump is one of the best around. It can do this by virtue of a reversing valve that permits the pump to circulate the refrigerant in the opposite direction, unlike an air conditioner.
