The Clean Air Act Inc. is owned by Rodger and Keri, who started the company in April 2000.
We saw something was missing in the greater Portland, Oregon HVAC market––Customer Service. Our business strategy is simple – treat customers fairly and make sure they understand their options and their systems—that’s what has kept Clean Air Act Inc. steadily growing over the years.
Seventy–five percent of our clients are seniors, and most of these customers have come to us by referrals from other clients.
We get these referrals because we take the time to make sure our customers understand the operation and maintenance of their systems and equipment, and how to change filters.
We offer a new homeowner review at no cost. As long as you have some flexibility in scheduling, we’ll review with you how to operate your heating and cooling system and change your filters.
Rodger started in the industry in 1993 and has a background in heat pumps, air conditioners and electric and gas furnaces. At the outset of the business, he found he could not find any one to clean his own home’s ducts, so he knew this would be key to providing full service for his customers.
The Portland heating and cooling technicians at Clean Air Act Inc. are experts in the installation of full systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork and air filtration. We also offer maintenance and repair services to our customers.
As energy costs soar and environmental awareness has been raised, our customers are increasingly requesting that their oil furnaces be removed and replaced with more cost–effective and efficient heat pumps or gas furnaces.
